What you’ll be doing:
- Determination to work hard and succeed in a challenging environment
- Understand BT’s products and services to effectively meet customer needs and acquire new clients.
- Make outbound cold calls to attract new customers in the 0-49 employee segment.
- Sell BT & EE’s standard products, including mobile, connectivity, and IP voice, and potentially across multiple product areas to meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with key contacts and decision-makers.
- Follow BT’s sales processes to retain and grow business, including effective questioning and account management.
- Achieve targets and KPIs in a target-driven, customer-facing environment, including customer contact, pipeline health, and revenue growth.
- Keep sales tools and systems updated with accurate customer information, ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Identify and pursue new business and growth opportunities within the account base.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn and ambition are highly valued.
- Consistently meets or exceeds targets
- Comfortable using IT systems, databases, email, and tools like Teams.
- Clearly conveys messages and influences others effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Understands how to address customer needs, set expectations, and provide solutions.
