We have a new opportunity for a passionate and self-motivated CRM Executive to take the lead in shaping and executing our client communications strategy across the entire customer journey, from lead nurturing to long-term retention. In this pivotal role, you'll drive the success of our E-Commerce and gallery objectives by delivering intelligent, personalised, and high-performing campaigns that captivate and convert.
Based Monday to Friday in our state-of-the-art new Head Office at the Mailbox, you'll be reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, managing the roll-out of automated workflows, championing best practices, and exploring new CRM functionalities to ensure every customer touchpoint reflects the highest standards of communication. With a strong grasp of GDPR and the CAN-SPAM Act, you'll be a guardian of compliance and data integrity, playing a crucial role in building trust and driving engagement in a dynamic, creative environment. What The Luxury Content Assistant Role Includes
- Developing and continuously optimising communication strategies by delivering valuable, personalised content, driven by user behaviour and activity data, to maximise customer retention and engagement.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with our Paid Media Specialist to drive lead acquisition and subscriber growth, and with internal teams (including design) to ensure content is compelling, on-brand, and strategically aligned.
- Managing and enhancing our database performance through accurate segmentation, maintaining database health, and implementing automation to deliver dynamic, personalised experiences throughout the client's journey.
- Using data to drive decisions by tracking, analysing, and reporting on performance metrics, enabling data-led optimisation and refinement of future email and CRM campaigns.
- Innovating and leading in CRM strategy by researching emerging trends and tools, developing strong client retention strategies to increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), and contributing to the evolution of our CRM platforms and tools.
- A salary of up to £32,000 per annum (based on skill and experience).

- A strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g. Dotdigital or HubSpot) and customer engagement, with hands-on experience in marketing automation, database segmentation, and WYSIWYG editors to create engaging messages.
- Comfortable working with data, with a basic HTML knowledge, strong Excel skills, and experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to generate insights and guide strategic decisions
- Brings a “test and learn” mindset with experience in A/B testing, interpreting results, and applying learnings to continuously improve performance whilst bringing fresh, strategic ideas to the table.
- Exceptionally organised and flexible, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while aligning with business priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communicator with strong writing skills, confident in delivering the right message to the right audience in the right tone and contributing actively to campaign execution.
- Brings energy and enthusiasm to the team, enjoys collaborating, and shows ownership, responsibility, and a genuine interest in the art industry and learning about our artists and collections.
