UK Product Trainer - North of England


Are you a lover of innovative products and would you like to further build, grow and strengthen our premium stroller brand in the UK?


As Joolz UK Product Trainer you are responsible for training in-store staff, visual merchandising and demonstrating to consumers, to increase sell-in and sell-through of our products to the retailer/consumer. In national and independent stores, you will build relationships with the sales teams and ensure staff are informed and knowledgeable about Joolz, maintaining the enthusiasm for the brand! Joolz is originally a Dutch brand and our headquarters is based in Amsterdam.

In this role, you will ensure Joolz products are displayed and merchandised in-store, according to Joolz standards, and identify possible opportunities for improvement. At retailer events and national consumer shows, you will be confident and enthusiastic when demonstrating and selling to consumers.


You will work closely together with the Joolz sales & marketing team, sharing market input, trends and important store related information. Your role will predominantly be based on the road, with regular overnight stays required visiting our national & key independent retailers across the UK.

Your role

  • Implement and execute product training programs at store level.
  • Advise Store employees and retailers about Joolz product offering and visual merchandising of store according to Joolz standards. Ensure that Joolz product portfolio stays up to date at stores.
  • Supporting the Commercial team in achieving the yearly set sales targets.
  • Prepare, plan & execute store visits according to set standards together with the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Act as a link between Joolz sales & marketing team and retailers by giving pro-active input on market feedbacks and trends.
  • Sell at our retailer and consumer events, demonstrating and selling to consumers and support at events according to Joolz sales strategy and standards.


Who are you?

  • Is pro-active, has a can do attitude and a positive mindset.
  • Has excellent communicational skills & is motivated to build strong retail partnerships.
  • Is both self-motivated and a team player while enjoying working towards achieving company targets.
  • Is flexible and motivated to travel around the UK and happy to stay away overnight on a weekly basis.
  • Has an interest in Retail or Merchandising with a general understanding of branding, high-end customers and retail requirements.
  • Has a full, clean UK Driving License.
  • You don't mind working more hours during show and event periods (also weekends and evenings). Once the event is over, you can use these days in lieu.
