Job Summary

GKN Aerospace is currently seeking an experienced and proactive Reward Manager to support the design, development, and delivery of global Total Rewards programs. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the consistent implementation of competitive, equitable, and data-informed reward practices across the organization.

As Reward Manager, you will play a key part in a wide range of Total Rewards initiatives, with a particular focus on supporting HR in business-as-usual (BAU) activities. These include the execution of annual salary and bonus review cycles, job evaluation processes, short- and long-term incentive programs, and the provision of detailed reward analytics.

You will collaborate closely with the Process and Communications Director to develop and deliver tools and frameworks that enable HR teams globally to carry out BAU reward activities effectively and consistently.

A core responsibility of this role is the design and development of Power BI dashboards and analytical tools. These will be essential in providing data-driven insights to inform robust, transparent, and fair reward-related decision-making across the business.

How You'll Contribute

  • Support the administration of global reward activity, including salary review, bonus and, and long-term incentives.
  • Build tools to help HR conduct job evaluations, and salary benchmarking and pay analytics in accordance with global standards and policies.
  • Assist the central functions HR Director in managing the annual reward cycles (merit, bonus), ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to support data analysis, tracking, and decision-making.
  • Work with VP of Reward at year end to support in DRR and audit requests.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure knowledge and understanding of job evaluation tools, salary range tool, and any other initiatives undertaken by this role
  • Participate in global and regional total rewards projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
  • Manage the annual submission of Mercer and Towers Watson survey’s

Qualifications

To help us make a difference, you’ll bring your passion and expertise/ talent for what you do along with the following skills, experience, qualifications and attributes:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or related HR functions, ideally within a global or regional organization.
  • Solid understanding of compensation structures, job evaluation methodologies, market benchmarking, and the design and administration of incentive programs.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with a demonstrated ability to analyze and visualize complex data sets.
  • Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to manage sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrixed environments across multiple geographies.
