A day in the life of…

In this role you will provide dedicated HR administration support while also delivering high-quality administrative and operational assistance to the General Manager and hotel leadership team. This dual-focused role blends HR administration with wider property and project support, requiring strong organisational skills, discretion, and excellent communication.

This role is unlike any other in our hotel and offers the opportunity to make an impact across all departments.


What do we need from you?

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills: In this role, no two days are the same, so you’ll need skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills: You should have strong communication skills to interact with employees, managers, and external stakeholders. This could be in person, over the phone, and through email.
  • Attention to detail: You should have a keen eye for detail to ensure that all employee records, contracts, and paperwork are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Strong IT skills: You will be comfortable working with a variety of IT software and systems, especially Microsoft 365 (including Microsoft Teams)
