Data Analysis: Analyze Production or financial data to identify trends, supporting planning and procurement.
Reporting: Create regular reports and dashboards summarizing key metrics for stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work with team members to provide analytical support for projects.
Forecasting Support: Help develop Production planning by analyzing historical data and market trends.
Process Improvement: Identify ways to improve data collection and analysis processes for efficiency.
Documentation: Maintain clear records of data sources and analytical methodologies.
Ad-hoc Analysis: Address ad-hoc data requests, delivering timely insights.
Learning and Development: Enhance analytical skills and knowledge of demand planning best practices.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate insights to support data-driven decisions.
Your Profile
Technical Skills
The Data Analyst role is a support role to our Value Added Service Team (VAS), you will support the analysis and interpretation of data to help production and the strategy of the department. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in gathering, cleaning, and analysing data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance. You will collaborate with team members to identify trends and patterns that inform our production and procurement processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your analytical skills and gain hands-on experience in data analysis, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations
Fixed Term Contract - 9 Months

Technical Skills
- Data Analysis: Proficient in Excel and SQL for data analysis.
- Data Visualization: Familiar with tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Statistical Knowledge: Basic understanding of KPIs.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze data sets and identify trends.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures data accuracy in reports.
- Effective Communication: Clearly convey findings to all stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork across departments.
- Proactive Approach: Identify issues and propose data-driven solutions.
- Time Management: Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- A background in FMCG
- 1+ years in Supply Chain or Finance role.
- Experience with Excel and Power BI.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
