We are seeking a passionate and dedicated MFL (Modern Foreign Languages) Teacher to join an Outstanding secondary school in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be expected to teach French and/or Spanish across Key Stages 3 to 5. Experience and Qualifications

• Qualified MFL teacher with the ability to teach French and/or Spanish to GCSE and A-Level

• A strong academic background in languages or a related subject

• PGCE or QTS

• A genuine enthusiasm for language learning and a commitment to delivering engaging, high-quality lessons

• Eligible to work in the UK

Specific Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver stimulating and inclusive lessons in French and/or Spanish

• Monitor and assess student progress according to departmental and school policies

• Create a positive and engaging classroom environment that fosters a love of languages

• Contribute to extra-curricular language activities and cultural enrichment

• Maintain excellent communication with students, colleagues, and parents/carers

SalaryThe successful candidate will be offered a salary in line with the teacher pay scale (MPS/UPS), depending on experience.
