Key Responsibilities:Lead strategic conversations with clients, translating commercial objectives into actionable marketing plans
Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders, guiding them through both opportunities and challenges
Confidently manage escalations and difficult conversations with professionalism and clarity
Analyse and interpret campaign performance data, identifying insights and turning them into opportunities for account growth
Collaborate with creative, paid media, SEO and development teams to deliver integrated solutions aligned to client strategy
Essential Experience:Three to five years of experience in a digital agency environment, with clear progression into senior account ownership
Proven ability to develop and deliver strategic marketing plans
Strong communication skills with emotional intelligence and diplomacy in complex conversations
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, metrics and tools
Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, forecasts and performance data
Salary: £35k - £40k
