We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. This role will be instrumental in identifying efficiency, performance, and value across the supply chain by leading and supporting initiatives that enhance processes, systems, and overall operations.
Your Tasks
- Identify, develop, and lead supply chain improvement projects that enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
- Use project management tools to deliver improvement initiatives on time and within scope.
- Create high-impact presentations and reports to communicate project status, outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, operations, logistics, and other departments to identify and align improvement efforts.
- Steer and coordinate project teams to deliver projects on time.
- Facilitate continuous improvement workshops, process mapping, and Lean Six Sigma activities.
- Support and steer the implementation of activities related to the S&OP process review and global S&OP pilot project.
- Integrate sustainability review and coordination for supply chain to enable teams to steer actions and share the status of initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and marketing of supply chain via teams channels and yammer/viva engage.
Your Profile
- In depth experience in supply chain or continuous improvement roles.
- Proven track record in managing and delivering cross-functional projects.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools for presentation and data analysis.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
Advantageous
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or PMP.
- Experience with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
- Knowledge or experience in supply chain sustainability practices or initiatives.
- Experience working in manufacturing, FMCG, or similar industries
