Edenbrook is delighted to be partnering with a market-leading Insurance Broker in the search for a dynamic Finance Manager. This is a pivotal role that blends traditional management reporting with exciting transformation work—most notably, the onboarding of new acquisitions and the evolution of the Group’s consolidation systems (OneStream). As the business continues its ambitious growth and acquisition strategy, this position will play a crucial part in shaping how newly acquired businesses are integrated into the Group’s financial framework.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and standardise the onboarding process for new acquisitions into the Group’s consolidation and reporting framework. Collaborate with divisional finance teams to align data, processes, and controls. Partner with Finance Systems, Group Accounting, and External Reporting teams to ensure smooth integration of newly acquired entities.

Develop and maintain onboarding tools, templates, and guidance to ensure a consistent approach across the Group. Support the implementation and testing of OneStream, coordinating activity across Group Finance. Provide backfill support within the management reporting team to help drive transformation capacity.

Contribute to efforts to reduce reporting timeframes and enhance the quality of reporting outputs. Assist in developing and strengthening first-line internal controls, supporting wider SOX readiness and remediation initiatives. What

We're Looking For:A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong post-qualification experience. Demonstrable experience working in group reporting, financial transformation, or within a complex consolidation environment.

Experience onboarding or integrating new entities or acquisitions into group finance systems is highly desirable. Solid understanding of finance systems and data flows—experience with OneStream or similar consolidation tools is a plus. Proactive communicator, capable of managing cross-functional relationships with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
