This leading National Top 40 UK firm is well-known for pairing high-quality work and top clients with a working environment which prioritises its staff and allows them to develop.My client is looking for a Non – Contentious Construction Associate (5+) PQE who is looking for a progression opportunity where they can accelerate their career with a flexible, friendly, and high-performing firm, this could be your next role. The successful candidate will need:

• Experience drafting and negotiating on all the major standard forms of contract, including JCT and NEC4
• Experience acting for private and public sector clients including developers, healthcare providers, education institutions, transport authorities, main contractors, sub-contractors and consultants.
• Acting across a wide range of sectors with clients involved in commercial development, PRS, student accommodation, local government, transport, education, health, utilities, energy and investment.
