Credit Hire Team Leader - Birmingham Miller Grace are with a highly regarded legal 500 firm, currently looking for a supervisor to join their vehicle hire team.Your role will include: All interim and performance reviews, including probation reviews Absence management Cascading and communicating information from senior management. Motivating and engaging the team, as well as overseeing their well-being Coach their team and provide support to develop their team members and proceed through the career framework
