This leading Top Global firm is recruiting for a Real Estate Disputes Associate.You will be dealing with and advising on matters covering all aspects of commercial real estate disputes such as:· Acting for the team's core client base of leading institutional investors, private equity houses, lenders and others on all aspects of contentious landlord and tenant and real property matters.· Advising on development related disputes and potentially other specialist areas including real estate insolvency, professional negligence and building defects claims.· Advising independently on smaller/medium sized matters and performing a lead associate role supporting partners and senior team members on larger matters including trials.If you are looking for the next jump in your career with a firm which prioritises its staff allowing them to develop, get in touch!
