About the role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, the learning never stops. That’s why we give you opportunities to learn and develop the skills needed to build your career in our Little Pioneers nurseries. We are looking for a qualified professional to help us deliver our vision of being the leading childcare provider
Offering flexible and part-time working hours between 7am - 6:30pm, with options for 2-4 day working weeks. We have positions to suit your work-life balance
What will the role involve?
Working in collaboration with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children
Supporting the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning
Collaborating as part of a team to deliver outstanding care and early education, ensuring performance standards are consistently met
Who are we looking for?
We’re seeking someone who can achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children
Full and relevant early years qualification (essential)
An Enhanced DBS check (costs covered by us)
Open, honest, and compassionate
Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children
