You are a thinker AND a doer with the tools, skill and knowledge to keep the accommodation looking top notch and running smoothly. You take ownership and responsibility for the tasks assigned to you and ensure they are carried out in a timely manner
You are organised and keep on top of your paperwork; you stay safe and ensure compliance to all due diligence requirements and legislation. You are a great communicator and work well with others to deliver our goals
You learn from experience, developing your own skill and knowledge along the way. You are part of a team that places our guests at the heart of everything they do
What you will be doing You will provide general assistance throughout the accommodation, assisting with deliveries, moving furniture and general maintenance of the grounds
You will log maintenance issues and work alongside the team to keep our guests happy and accommodation safe and secure
You will be primarily focused on maintenance across the site including preventative, reactive and redecoration as required and will work hard to resolve issues with a can-do attitude
You will be a friendly face around the accommodation, happy to chat to our guests and assist with any questions they may have
Ensure compliance to all due diligence requirements and health and safety legislation
Controlling maintenance stocks and supplies and ensuring the safety and security of equipment
Liaising with contractors on aftercare/remedial works required post opening and throughout the 12-month defects period
