Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer Location: Remote (UK-based) with occasional client site visitsSalary: £85,000 - £100,000An established digital consultancy is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a high-performing UK-based engineering team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll lead the development of scalable Salesforce solutions and play a key part in designing products that reshape how businesses operate. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications, APIs, and platform integrations.


• Collaborate with analysts, PMs, and architects to turn business needs into efficient technical solutions.


• Lead code reviews, ensure coding best practices, and guide junior developers.


• Contribute to DevOps efforts, CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery cycles.


• Stay current with Salesforce trends and bring forward system improvement ideas.

Key Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, REST/SOAP).


• Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, SLDS.


• Proven experience delivering scalable solutions in consultancy or client-facing roles.


• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration — workflows, validation rules, and security models.


• Experience with version control (Git/SVN) and DevOps pipelines.


• Solid grasp of Agile methodologies.


• Confident communicator with stakeholder-facing experience.
