We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to join their high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketer to take full ownership of the marketing funnel - from strategy to execution - across multiple channels including digital, events, and content. You’ll lead integrated campaigns, manage a diverse marketing plan, and work collaboratively with the Wholesale and central Brands & Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver marketing plans to drive growth and engagement for Wholesale.
- Manage campaigns across the full marketing mix- digital, social, events, and more.
- Collaborate with both internal teams (Wholesale segment and central marketing) to bring ideas to life and support commercial goals.
- Plan integrated go-to-market strategies for product launches across digital, email, social media, industry events, and traditional media.
- Work closely with the Digital team to ensure the Wholesale website content is up to date and effectively promotes products/services.
- Serve as the custodian for the Wholesale brand, working closely with the Business and Group brand teams to increase First Choice Consideration within the industry.
- Leverage customer insights and data to drive marketing decisions and ensure campaigns are aligned with customer needs.
- Support the development of a partner program and loyalty strategy, including white-labelled content, promotions, and events.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring the delivery of ROI targets across all channels.
- Oversee the performance of external agencies and internal marketing teams to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Engage in effective stakeholder management, building relationships with senior leadership and reporting on marketing progress.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
- Demonstrable experience managing B2B marketing campaigns and achieving strong ROI.
- Experience in managing high-profile customer events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Excellent creative skills and a proactive approach to enhancing communication practices.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, building rapport and credibility with senior leadership.
- Great commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and challenge decisions based on results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Clear and concise communicator who can unite teams under one shared vision.
Experience You Would Be Expected to Have:
- Mandatory:
- Defining and delivering successful B2B marketing strategies.
- Managing marketing plans with a focus on strong ROI.
- Senior stakeholder management experience.
- Preferred:
- Experience within the wholesale/indirect channel.
- Partner program/loyalty program management experience.
- Line management experience (indirect or direct).
