Salesforce Solution ArchitectUST is actively recruiting for a Salesforce Solution Architect who will join our dynamic team in the East Midlands, where you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming customer experiences and driving business success across various industry sectors. Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Salesforce solutions tailored to business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define system architecture, integration strategies, and solution roadmaps.
Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, leveraging your deep understanding of its capabilities. Oversee system integration and data migration efforts to ensure seamless transitions and optimized performance. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
Address complex business challenges by delivering scalable, high-performance solutions. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce innovations and industry trends, applying them to enhance customer outcomes.Requirements:Ample experience in system, platform, or solution architecture, with a focus on Salesforce solutions. Strong technical expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms.
Experience in designing complex integrations with third-party systems and platforms. Background in financial services would be highly desirable, with an understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements. Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions. Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Application Architect, are a plus. SkillsSalesforce,Salesforce Crm,Agile Methodology
