Senior Interior Designer – Hospitality/F&B FocusUp to £60,000 DOE | Hybrid (3 days in-studio, 2 days WFH) | BirminghamWe’re working with a long-established design studio in Birmingham known for creating standout interiors for the hospitality and F&B sector — think bold concepts, beautifully executed. They’re now looking for a Senior Interior Designer who brings both creativity and clarity to the table: someone who can confidently lead design direction, inspire junior designers, and shape engaging environments for a wide range of clients. The Role:Lead concept development and bring creative strategies to life across projects
Direct and inspire internal design teams to get the best from their talent
Collaborate with other creatives across the studio to push ideas forward
Take ownership of presentations, reviews, and client pitches
Mentor junior designers and foster a strong, collaborative studio culture
Stay hands-on with design when needed, ensuring high standards and attention to detail
What You’ll Bring:Proven experience in a senior interior design role, ideally with a hospitality/F&B focus
Strong concept skills and an impressive portfolio of completed interiors
Confident across all design stages – from pitch through to project delivery
Highly proficient in AutoCAD, with good working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesignA degree (or postgrad) in interior design or a related fieldA team-first mindset and the ability to motivate others while staying grounded and approachable
