About the Role:

We are recruiting an experienced EDM Wire Operator to join our clients dynamic team. You will play a key role in their expanding operations, focusing on precision machining using advanced EDM technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate EDM machinery, including Wire, Spark, and EDM Drill types.
• Produce high-tolerance components (e.g., wire rotors, tooling parts) from technical drawings.
• Interpret complex engineering blueprints and ensure adherence to strict tolerances.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize workflows and meet deadlines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and adapt to evolving production needs.

About You:

• Essential: 3+ years hands-on experience operating Agie/Charmilles EDM machinery.
• Proficiency in programming and setting Wire EDM machines for complex geometries.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings (GD&T knowledge preferred).
• Experience working with high-performance materials (e.g., hardened steels, alloys).
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and precision.
