Job Title: Receptionist

Paying: £12.21 per hour

Location:?Tyseley

Duration: TEMPORARY three-day booking, 23rd. 24th and 25th?June.

8am 4.30pm, with a 30 minutes unpaid break for lunch.

Are you an experienced Receptionist or Customer Service professional?

Are you seeking temporary work and available for the above dates, with a view to covering future dates?

Working for one of our regular Clients you will be:

• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Being a first point of call for customer enquiries
• Answering the telephone and transferring calls
• Taking messages
• Dealing with email correspondence
• Updating records
• Booking meeting rooms
• Taking maintenance requests
• Opening and distributing the post
  
  

Key Skills/Experience Required

• Previous Receptionist/Administration experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Accurate data entry skills with good attention to detail
