Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics and warehousing operations across the Tamworth site
- Lead, coach, and develop a team to exceed performance and safety KPIs
- Ensure operational compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
- Implement process improvements to drive service efficiency and cost control
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
- Proven experience in an Operations Manager role, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or freight
- Strong understanding of transport operations and supply chain management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in operational systems and performance analysis
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
