Our Supreme Housekeepers work within the “heart of the house” and bring their personality and flair to provide a warm and friendly service to our VIP guests.
The guest journey is paramount, so you'll know how to deliver a fantastic experience for our guests, time and time again, achieving Grand standards.

What You Will Do
- You will primarily work on the 6th VIP Floor, servicing and maintaining Grand VIP Standards.
- Your standards of servicing bedrooms should be the pinnacle of Hospitality.
- To service guest bedrooms to The Grand Housekeeping standard required - presenting immaculate beds, bathrooms and corridors.
- Work closely with the Housekeeping Management.
- Deliver and build rapport with VIPs, whilst adhering to our confidentiality and privacy policy.
- Leading by example by delivering excellent guest experiences by surprising and delighting through going the extra mile.
- To be accountable for your allocated section of bedrooms ensuring a high standard of presentation and maintenance is second nature, including Public Areas.
- Be flexible to jump into any role within the housekeeping department when required.
- Contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests and colleagues.
- Team player
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience within a similar or supervisory role is essential.
- Be fully flexible to be able to work shift patterns through weekdays and weekends
