What will you do?
As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing sales team, helping them exceed targets through effective coaching, clear strategy, and hands-on support. You’ll take full accountability for revenue growth, team performance, and client satisfaction in your region.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading and managing the team to achieve sales targets and growth goals
• Supporting your team with client escalations, technical queries, and sales strategy
• Managing performance, setting objectives, and developing individual training plans
• Coaching and mentoring your team across all areas of sales development
• Monitoring activity, pipeline, and forecasting using PowerBI
• Working with sales representatives to build strategic account plans and unlock cross-sell opportunities
• Driving customer retention, whitespace discovery, and upselling strategies
• Supporting diary and time management to maximise efficiency
• Collaborating with the Head of Sales on reporting, strategy, and business planning
• Ensuring team behaviours align with Focus Group’s values and performance expectations
• Holding regular 1-2-1s and team reviews to maintain momentum and accountability
What you’ll need
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
• Strong track record in B2B or high-end technology sales
• Ability to coach, mentor, and manage performance effectively
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales strategy
• Ability to drive the full sales process from plan to close
• Comfortable influencing at all levels, including senior leadership
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented with a strong command of data
• Excellent time management and workload prioritisation skills
• A competitive mindset, driven by results and success
