The Role
As Head of Operations, you will be instrumental in shaping and scaling the company’s operational backbone. Your focus will be on driving operational excellence, efficiency, and cross-departmental synergy while supporting strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of operational strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments to ensure delivery excellence.
- Implement KPIs and drive continuous improvement in productivity and profitability.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and operational cohesion.
- Manage risk, compliance, and quality standards across functions.
- Build and mentor high-performing operational teams.
- Report on operational performance to executive leadership.
About You
We’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on leader with a proven ability to manage complex operations in fast-paced, service-led environments.
You will bring:
- 7–10 years of progressive operational leadership, with 3–5 years at a senior level.
- Experience in subcontractor-led service delivery and/or the public sector.
- Commercial acumen with strong budget and financial oversight.
- A collaborative, people-first leadership style.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and project management skills.
- A track record of implementing systems and technologies to drive efficiencies.
