About the Company: We are working with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Birmingham, renowned for delivering innovative and impactful planning solutions across the UK. With a growing portfolio of diverse projects, they are seeking an enthusiastic Town Planner to join their friendly and supportive team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities: ·Work on a wide range of projects including developments, strategic land, and local plan promotion. ·Assist in delivering planning applications, appeals, and strategic land projects. ·Collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. ·Conduct site assessments, planning research, and provide guidance on planning policies. ·Engage with local authorities, landowners, and clients to advise on planning strategies.

Requirements: ·2-4 years' experience as a Town Planner, ideally within a consultancy setting. ·Proven experience in managing planning applications, development projects, and strategic land. ·Strong knowledge of UK planning policies and processes. ·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage client relationships. ·RTPI membership or working towards it.
