You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance. This role is key to optimising manufacturing processes, managing budgets, and developing teams to achieve operational excellence.   • Leadership & Strategy – Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement through strategic planning and resource management.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance – Maintain high health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and driving performance improvements.
  • Team Development & Management – Responsible for staff recruitment, training, and development, ensuring team capabilities align with business objectives.
  • Operational Efficiency & Cost Control – Define processes and procedures to optimise performance, ensure budget adherence, and manage key operational metrics including quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Project & Financial Oversight – Drive productivity and revenue by overseeing budget management, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational targets.
Manufacturing Operations Manager Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Extensive leadership experience in manufacturing operations (8+ years).
  • Strong expertise in lean manufacturing, HSE compliance, and budget management.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Degree preferred or significant experience in a senior management role.
