SF are thrilled to be partnering with a white collar business in South Birmingham who are looking for a proactive HR Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. If you're organised, people-focused, and eager to grow your career in HR, this could be the perfect opportunity. This role is a 6 month FTC with a salary of up to £30K (pro rata) and is an office based role. Key Responsibilities: Provide admin support across all HR functions. Maintain and update employee records and the HR system. Act as the first point of contact for HR queries. Support the onboarding and offboarding process, including contracts, right to work checks, and leaver documentation. Ensure accurate and confidential handling of employee data. What We're Looking For: Previous admin experience in a HR team. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Discreet, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks. A team player with a positive, can-do attitude. You'll be part of a supportive and good cultured team, working in a fast-paced environment.
