Primary School PPA Higher Level Teaching Assistant (September) - Great Barr
Are you an experienced HLTA looking for a full-time role in Great Barr? I am looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HLTA to join Aspire People to work in various year groups across the school, supporting with PPA cover and intervention groups.

Responsibilities
- Leading small group sessions to support students in their learning and development.
- Support with PPA cover for release times.
- Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons.
- Providing one-on-one support to students with additional learning needs.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
- Relevant qualifications and experience as a HLTA.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and educational standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Dedication to promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- A commitment to professional development and ongoing learning.
