The Role

 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Reports to the D2C Shift Manager
  • Operatives required between the months of July to end of October (temporary)
  • Pay £12.21 ph
  • Shifts available are 6:00am to 2:00pm or 2:00pm to 10:00pm, working flexible shifts, 5 days per week. However, there is flexibility with start and finish times and number of days worked to accommodate candidates’ preferences
  • Ensure that the operation meets the customer service requirements by completing each function to the highest standard
  • To complete packing to a set process
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, labelling products and boxes ready to be distributed
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • No previous packing experience necessary
  • To carry out general housekeeping and warehouse duties, including packing and completing duties for dispatch and inventory as designated by the Team Leader
  • Always maintain the Company’s Health and Safety standards

  • You will need to have a positive and flexible approach to work
  • You will have excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Committed to hit targets
  • Fast paced and methodical
  • Excellent attention to detail and good coordination
  • A confident person with excellent verbal communication skills
  • Able to work as part of a team and in a busy environment
  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent team building skill
  • Must be an effective communicator and able to develop good working relationships with all levels of personnel across all teams including customer relationships
  • Actively looks for opportunities to improve processes in accordance with the site Continuous Improvement culture
