We’re looking for a motivated Head of Home Ownership, Right to Buy and Plot Sales department lead, with strong management skills to lead our teams in delivering outstanding client service. If you have technical expertise in conveyancing and a vision for team growth, this could be the opportunity for you.

About the role

• You will lead and manage plot sales, homeownership, and right-to-buy teams
• Oversee a wide range of property transactions, including shared ownership, auctions, resales, staircasing, lease extensions, and deeds of variation
• Make sure work is delivered to a high standard, meeting client expectations and KPI's
• Recruit, onboard, and support the training and development of team members
• Collaborate on business development initiatives and implement innovative processes to enhance efficiency and service quality

About You:

• You will be experienced in running an efficient and successful volume conveyancing team.
• Qualified/Non-qualified, however you will have technical legal expertise in conveyancing work.
• Excellent management and drafting skills, with a strong focus on quality.
• A track record of delivering exceptional client experiences and the ability to grow and develop teams.
• Experience acting for Housing Associations (advantageous but not essential).
• A willingness to engage with Housing Associations to ensure the quality of work consistently meets high standards.
