About the role:
We have a great opportunity for a Client Relationship Executive to join our Clients and Markets team within the Business Development (BD) department at Gowling WLG.
This role will form an integral part of the Strategic Accounts team at Gowling WLG, whereby alongside the Senior Strategic Account Managers, you will contribute to the delivery of account management expertise for the firm's strategics accounts. You will also be instrumental in nurturing and supporting some of Gowling WLG's most significant client relationships.
Your teamwork, pro-activity and collaboration will be key to driving success in this role and fostering strong, lasting partnerships, both internally and externally.
Based in Birmingham, this role will occasionally require travel to London, providing a dynamic and varied work environment working alongside a committed thriving team.
About you:
We are seeking a dynamic individual with experience in managing or supporting the management of significant client relationships, account management, or business development, ideally within a professional services environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, outstanding grammar and communication skills, and the ability to analyse financial data and extract it into key insights.
You should be a self-motivated, positive team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to build rapport at all levels. Curiosity, drive, and a desire to learn new skills and ideas are essential. Your proactive working style will be key to tackling challenges head-on and driving success in every aspect of this role.
This role requires strong organisational and project management skills. You must be able to work within tight deadlines, demonstrating flexibility to deliver high-quality outputs on time. Additionally, you'll work with the broader BD team, where your adaptable and supportive working style will be essential to fostering collaboration and achieving success.
Technical Skills Required:
