We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Account Manager to join our growing Client Services team. In this high-impact role, you’ll manage key client relationships, lead engaging meetings, deliver actionable insights, and represent our brand across industry events and forums. You’ll play a central role in optimising performance, supporting contract growth, and ensuring exceptional client experiences.
Please note that travel will be required for this role, both to Marston offices and to client sites.
What you’ll do:
- Build and nurture strategic client partnerships
- Lead high-level meetings both online and in person
- Deliver insight-led performance reports and recommendations
- Support contract extensions, tenders, and cross-sell opportunities
- Act as a senior ambassador at networking events and conferences
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in account or client management (B2B or public sector preferred)
- Analytical mindset with advanced data and CRM proficiency (e.g. Power BI, ClientWeb)
- Understanding of local authority services (desirable)
- A collaborative, self-starting approach – and willingness to travel across the UK
