Are you a confident and strategic HR professional looking for a standalone role where you can make a real impact? We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a growing company in Birmingham.
You will drive people initiatives that support business growth overseeing all fundamentals to manage the HR department.
The successsful candidate will ideally hold a CIPD level 5 or 7 qualification coupled with experience working in a fast paced, standalone environment with the ability to multitask in a hands-on role.
About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Generalist to lead the function in a dynamic environment. As a standalone HR leader, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the people strategy, providing expert advice to senior leaders, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR policies that align with business objectives
- Strong Employee Relations experience
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and development initiatives
- Drive engagement strategies and support leadership in managing performance
