Our significant growth has led us to investing further across our Account Management team to increase revenue, partnerships with our existing customers and in turn grow our product portfolio further. With this comes requirements for a Junior Account Manager! You will be extensively trained and supported to become an ambassador of The Fuel Store, to identify account growth opportunities for our fuel and non-fuel products in order to generate revenue and increase sales overall.
Brief Overview
Permanent Opportunity: Full Time
Basic Salary: £26,000 per annum
OTE: Additional £10,000 per annum
Location: Birmingham, B2 (Hybrid)

Foster long-term existing client relationships to ensure loyalty and retention.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
Identify business opportunities and potential clients.
Effectively present products and services to clients.
Handle challenging situations with professionalism and a solution-focused approach.
Share insights and best practices to support team development.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success and drive improvements.
Ensure efficient workflow and maintain high levels of productivity.
To contribute to The Fuel Store’s success, you will need to show demonstratable experience in:

Understanding the needs of customers and delivering solutions to suit their requirements.
Driving customer satisfaction.
Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell/upsell products.

As well as having the right experience, a Fueller will have:

Great aptitude for overcoming challenges by having a naturally inquisitive mind
Ability to challenge the status quo; actively seeking to understand HOW something works, not just WHY
Resilience and ability to focus on the detail but not forget the bigger picture
