Assembly Operative - PCB Assembly - #1758527

Location: Birmingham B6 Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour Start Date: Immediate

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-focused Assembly Operative to join our growing team in Birmingham. This hands-on role involves assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs) and ensuring high-quality production standards. If you have basic soldering skills and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you-training will be provided for the right candidate.

• Assemble through-hole PCB components with precision.
• Read and interpret assembly diagrams and instructions.
• Perform basic programming tasks related to assembly.
• Conduct end-of-line testing to ensure product functionality and quality.
• Solder and desolder components as required.
• Maintain flexibility with working hours, including occasional overtime.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic soldering skills (essential).
• Experience with PCB assembly (preferred, but training available).
• Ability to follow technical diagrams and instructions.
• A proactive team player with good communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
