As the Marketing Assistant you will be involved in a very broad remit of marketing activities allowing you to have a go, jump in and learn from others. So if you enjoy breadth and variety this role would be perfect for you because you could be involved in digital marketing and social media one minute, channel marketing the next followed by working with external agencies and copywriters. Your new role (Marketing Assistant) The key responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant are to:

• Undertake daily administrative tasks for the marketing department
• Support the marketing department with campaigns using the full marketing mix
• Ensure data is accurate to support marketing activities and future campaigns
• Produce marketing collateral in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice
• Write engaging email communications for customers
• Assist with competitor analysis and insight helping to drive change
• Ensure a customer first approach

• Base salary = £24,570
• WFH* 3 days p.w. | Birmingham* (B3 - Snow Hill area) 2 days p.w.
• Career progression + a very supportive line manager
• 24 days holiday (excluding bank holidays). Rising to 26 days after 1 year.
• A discretionary bonus of up to 5%

• A degree or relevant work experience with a focus on marketing
• A natural desire to progress in marketing

The Interview Process

• 60 min TEAMS interview with the Marketing Manager (MM) + 1 other
• 60 min face to face meeting with the Head of Marketing and the MM

It is anticipated that: 1st stage interviews will be conducted on Tuesday 1st July and Wednesday 2nd July. 2nd / final stage interviews will be conducted on Thursday 3rd July.
