Join our Flooid team as a Finance Co-ordinator! In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting our financial processes and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll work alongside a friendly and dynamic team, helping to manage day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and assisting with budgeting activities.

Some Of Your Responsibilities Would Include
- Performing process-orientated reporting, focusing on monthly revenue forecasting to be distributed within the Financial Planning & Analysis team, as well as the Sales and Executive teams, for reviewing full year projections.
- Delivering ad-hoc analysis, both during, and in between, month close procedures, to drive and improve analysis of current financials and to support forecasting efforts.
- Maintaining accurate data sets and system updates, such as revenue recognition, contract database management within main operations system, and reporting key performance indicators.
- Reviewing contracts and understanding the terms and scope of the contract and identifying key financial metrics within.
- Translating contracts into monthly operational management reports and month end reporting.
- Collaborating with the accounting team to review, amend and validate accurate reporting of entries on the General Ledger.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a compliance-heavy industry, requiring detail-orientated work
- Experience working with budgets, payroll, or similar numbers-based disciplines
- Experience with administrative duties in a finance or accounting department is ideal
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills is essential
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
- Ability to work independently, with the confidence to ask questions when and as needed
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities and deadlines
- Proactive and energetic with a positive attitude
- Desire to learn about Flooid’s business operations
- Someone who wants to learn and potentially develop into a Financial Analyst role
