Strategy and Communications Manager/Executive - #1753974

A high end, professional and forward thinking Law Firm based in the City are seeking a bright, intelligent and ambitious individual to join their Business Operations Team as a Growth and Communications Executive. Working alongside a team of high performing individuals you will join a close knit team as part of a global organisation and play a key part in delivering the firms growth plans over the upcoming years. This is a rare opportunity for someone who has solid experience within Professional Services (ideally legal or financial services) in the following roles: Business Development, Growth Executive, Business Strategist, Client Manager or similar. This is a busy, varied and high profile role within the firm and will be pivotal to the success of the firm.

Working collaboratively but with high levels of autonomy the successful candidate will work with various department heads to communicate and monitor firm growth progress and targets, leading all internal presentations to help cross sell the firm alongside giving strategic advice to departments on business plans and processes and analysing best practises. Further to this you will help lead on the organisation of events, work on various committees and conducing thorough financial and market analysis and creating first class reports to help shape the strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will have an analytical approach to work, comfortable with numbers but also have first class communication skills and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders. You will be motivated, ambitious and happy working a client facing role but with an understanding of the importance of data. The successful candidate must have worked for a professional services who have a global reach ideally who is degree educated.

This role is full time, permanent and hybrid (min 3 days in office and 2 days work from home).
