Lead and manage a portfolio of audit clients across various industries
Drive business development initiatives and identify new client opportunities
Develop and execute strategic plans for the audit practice's growth
Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through exceptional service delivery
Provide technical leadership and quality assurance on complex audit engagements
Manage partner-level relationships with regulatory bodies and standard setters

Profile
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
- Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Experience in contributing to business strategy from a financial perspective.
- Proven track record in business growth and development
- A salary package up to £150,000
- Performance related bonus
