Job Description
Healthcare Assistant
Location: Birmingham, B16
Pay Rate: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour
Shifts: Full & Part Time Nights | 10 – 11 hour shifts

Meet Our Client
A friendly and sociable gentleman who enjoys meaningful conversations with people who are upbeat and easy to talk to! He is passionate about DJing, loves watching musicals and going out on the weekends with his friends.
This role is to provide overnight support, as well as accompanying him in the community and helping him engage in activities safely. A key part of the role is creating a calm, supportive environment that promotes his wellbeing and supports his mental health.
Proven experience in mental health care is essential. Candidates must be able to clearly discuss their previous work with individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions.

What You’ll Need
- 3 months’ care experience
- Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
- Mental Health experience is essential
- Competitive hourly pay with enhancements for nights and weekends
