Cruise Department Manager - to work out of offices in either Birmingham, Peterborough or London, for a leading Travel Company that sell through the Travel Trade. Would you love to oversee the growth and development of the cruise department for an already established Travel Company. Have you worked within a managerial role that sees you overseeing the sales performance, the commercial agreements with cruise lines, and the bookable website. The successful Cruise Manager will be involved in a critical phase of a well-known tour operators Cruise Department, including the management and launch of a bookable platform. Offering a competitive salary up to £45k pa with great career potential.

THE JOB:

• Organising the upcoming launch of a bookable cruise website.

• Manage commercial relationships with our top performing cruise lines and agents.

• Foster a positive and thriving environment with cruise lines.

• Monitor and manage sales targets and margin improvements

• Build product relevant to promotion and target market and recommend pricing relevant to channel

• Work with our existing team of Cruise Product Executives, supporting the business with future marketing plans and offers for the trade.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

They are ideally looking for someone who is a key contact and known individual from the cruise industry to motivate and take their cruise product team forward. You will be customer focused, have the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. You will also have excellent organisation skills and knowledge of the Cruise industry.
