Salary: £12.31 per hour

Shifts are split between 7.30am and 10.00pm, successful applicants must be able to do a mix of days shifts.

If you have previous experience as a support worker, care assistant, domiciliary/home care, or residential homes then this would be ideal for you. If not, don't worry if you have no experience as this isn't necessary and full training will be provided. About the service

Robins view is a supported living service for up to 11 adult service users with mental health diagnosis, Autism and mild learning disabilities. We need staff that like to support in the community as our service users are very active and like support to attend collage and work placements on occasions.

Support Worker Duties

  • Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
  • Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities such as arts, crafts, hobbies
  • Assisting with the development of person centred plans for our residents
  • This includes employment, education and other opportunities
  • Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
  • Providing personal care where needed always working towards more independence
  • Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
  • Assisting with personal care when needed
