Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for communications? We are seeking a Business Strategy Executive to join the team in either London or Birmingham. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the firm's ambitious 2030 growth strategy, working across various offices in the UK, Middle East, and Asia.


The Role


The Business Strategy Executive will:


  • Support the delivery of strategic projects aligned with the firm's 2030 vision.
  • Assist in the firmwide business planning process, providing guidance and tracking progress.
  • Partner up on communications and engagement initiatives with the Head of Communications & Strategy.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic discussions and presentations.
  • Compile reports to support business cases and strategic planning.
  • Coordinate and prepare for internal events like the Partners' Conference.


The Candidate


The ideal Business Strategy Executive will have:


  • Relevant business experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to think laterally and link various workstreams.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and relationship building.
  • Good analytical and reasoning abilities.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic, and innovative approach to work.
