Milestone Education are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, experience and dedicated SENCo to join our partnered primary school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess pupils with SEND and coordinate support and interventions.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and SLT to ensure inclusive classroom practices.
• Liaise with parents/careers, outside professionals and the Senior Leadership Team.
• Maintain and update EHCPs and Provision maps.
• Promote the wellbeing and progress of all pupils with additional needs.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• QTS
• Relevant SENDCo qualification
• Proven experience supporting children with a wide range of SEND.
• A strong understanding of inclusive education and safeguarding.
