Are you an experienced leader with a strong background in manufacturing or production and a passion for driving operational excellence? We are looking for a Process Leader to take full accountability for operational performance while ensuring we meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP) targets.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team, promote continuous improvement, and contribute to the success of a dynamic and highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety First: Promote a world-class safety culture, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to the company’s QMS, providing training and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Leadership & Culture: Motivate, engage, and recognise your team’s contributions while cultivating a high-performance work environment.
  • Cost & Delivery: Optimise resource utilisation, improve labour productivity, and ensure on-time delivery of products to meet customer expectations.
  • Performance Management: Provide clear goals, coaching, and support to enhance team performance while addressing development needs.
  • Problem Solving: Apply a hands-on approach to solving operational issues, encouraging a ‘Go to Gemba’ mindset to resolve challenges efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with fellow Process Leaders and cross-functional teams to drive value stream efficiency and operational success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in people leadership within a manufacturing environment (aviation, heavy industry, or regulated sector preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and employees.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and a willingness to develop expertise in Lean tools.
  • Experience in performance management, coaching, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
