- Installation of Air Conditioning Systems: Carry out full installations of split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF systems to a high standard in line with manufacturer guidelines and industry regulations.
- Maintenance & Servicing: Perform routine maintenance and servicing of air conditioning units, ensuring systems operate efficiently and comply with environmental and safety standards.
- Diagnosis & Repairs: Identify faults and conduct timely, effective repairs to minimise downtime for clients.
- Site Surveys: Support in conducting site assessments and assisting with the planning and design of new systems.
- Customer Interaction: Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach on-site, providing clear communication and updates to clients.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all work is compliant with F-Gas regulations and company health & safety policies. Complete relevant documentation and service reports accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, project managers, and office staff to deliver seamless service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in air conditioning installation, maintenance, or repair
- Valid F-Gas Certification (Category 1 or equivalent) – Essential
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full, clean UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to undertake further training and stay updated with industry developments
