Social Worker Recruitment Partner

Remote with monthly travel to client sites.

We are recruiting a Social Worker Recruitment Partner to join our team.

As a Recruitment Partner, you'll play a key role in delivering service excellence by managing the recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service relationship development and management across key customer stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Generate and effectively manage candidate applications ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Provide a quality, highly engaging and consultative recruitment service to clients in-line with the requirements of the client and company.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the account, including the requisition fulfilment process and talent expert liaising with hiring communities.
  • Prepare and facilitate the ongoing attraction, selection and recruitment of suitably skilled candidates, ensuring optimum levels of workers are available to meet the client needs.

About You:

  • Currently working in a hands-on recruitment role within the Social Work sector, with a strong focus on sourcing and placing qualified Social Workers.
  • Stakeholder and supplier management.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional Communication.
