This leading international law firm has a strong UK presence, and is known for providing high-quality legal advice to clients across sectors including energy, financial services, and real estate. The firm is recognised for its collaborative approach, innovation in legal technology, and commitment to delivering practical, commercial solutions.
We’re looking for a tech-savvy and proactive Technology Product Specialist to help support the delivery of several legal technology platforms across the firm. This is a great opportunity to build deep expertise, collaborate with a range of stakeholders, and make a real impact on how technology supports legal work.
Key Responsibilities of the Junior Legal Technologist
- Become a go-to expert on the technology platforms, using problem-solving skills to identify the best solutions and estimate the time and effort needed.
- Understand what different teams need, and help shape tools that support their day-to-day work.
- Be a point of contact for any technical issues that can’t be solved by support teams—respond quickly and communicate clearly with users.
- Keep the technology up to date with regular maintenance and improvements.
- Promote awareness and encourage adoption of tools, including providing training and support to different teams.
- Help introduce new systems in a smooth and user-friendly way.
- Follow best practices in project and technology management to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
- Support with upgrades and system changes—test thoroughly to make sure everything works well before rollout.
- Work with security, risk and IT colleagues to make sure everything built is safe, secure and compliant.

Skills & Attributes of the Junior Legal Technologist
- You will ideally have experience in a service led environment – legal or other professional services.
- Highly organised, proactive, and focused on delivering excellent service.
- Good with technology and able to explain things clearly to people with different levels of technical understanding.
- Strong communicator who can work well with a wide range of people, including those in senior roles.
- A team player who is confident building positive relationships across departments.
- Creative thinker who enjoys finding practical, workable solutions.
- Adaptable, resilient, and able to handle different situations with professionalism.
