A well-established building services consultancy is looking for a skilled MEP Revit Technician / BIM Technician to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects—from education and healthcare to commercial and residential—within a supportive and technically strong environment.

What you’ll do:

• Produce coordinated MEP models and detailed drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
• Collaborate with engineers to translate concept designs into accurate, buildable models
• Support BIM delivery across multiple projects, ensuring quality and consistency
• Assist in developing and maintaining BIM standards and workflows

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Revit MEP experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Good understanding of building services coordination
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Navisworks is an advantage
• A collaborative approach with strong communication skills
